Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Fieldman Inc. ("Fieldman", "we") handles information in the Fieldman software and in the text messages it sends. Fieldman provides its software to businesses ("customers"); the people who use it are those customers' employees.
Information we collect
- Account information a customer gives us about its users: name, work email, role, and, for text alerts, a mobile phone number.
- Work records users enter in the software, such as equipment, maintenance, time, and job records.
- Technical information needed to run the service, such as sign-in sessions and error logs.
How we use it
Only to provide the software to our customers: to run the features they use, to send the operational emails and text messages users have opted in to, to keep the service secure, and to support customers when they ask. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Text messaging (SMS)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers are used only to send the alerts the user opted in to, through our messaging provider, which processes them solely to deliver those messages. Details are in the SMS Terms.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the software (for example hosting, email, and text-message delivery), only as needed for that purpose, or when required by law. A customer's records are visible to that customer's authorized users, according to the permissions the customer sets.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as the customer's account is active or as the customer directs, then delete it unless the law requires us to keep it. We protect it with access controls, encrypted connections, and regular backups.

Reply STOP to any text to stop text alerts. To see, correct, or delete information about you, contact your employer's administrator or us at pjoliver11@gmail.com.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above.
